The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a patio door to the sun deck. The kitchen is fully - fitted including a dishwasher and has a breakfast bar. The dining table seats six, and there is a separate washing machine and tumble drier. The settees in the lounge provide sleeping facilities for a further two people. There is TV with cable, a video recorder and a stereo music centre. There is also a good selection of guide books and local maps in the condo. It is a non-smoking condo .

The development is situated close to Federal Highway 192, the main road through Kissimmee with pick-up points for the shuttles to the theme parks, and within easy reach of Kissimmee's golf course, Old Town, Historic Downtown, Municipal Airport, Amtrak Station, Lake Front Park, Weekly Farmers' Market, Sports Arena and Rodeo Ground, Airboat Rentals, and Cypress Cove. Along the 192 there are restaurants serving every conceivable cuisine and a wide range of shopping opportunities.

Royal Palm Bay Villas are situated on the edge of the ribbon of development along this stretch of the 192. It is close to Floridian wetlands that eventually turn into the Everglades in the south of the state, and is surrounded by cattle farming country. Our condo is on the edge of the development and backs onto conservation land. The climate is subtropical and the weather is warm and sunny year-round. Being in the centre of the state it avoids the worst of the hurricane season.
