Who are we?

We are private owners of a Florida condominium and we rent the condominium out when it is not in use by us.

Why do we use a mobile phone number?

We use a mobile phone because it is easier to protect ourselves from fraudulent people, once we know you are genuine we will supply our address and land line number if required.

Where are we based?

We live in the UK and use the Condo as our holiday home.

What is a condominium?

All condominium means is a self-contained unit with it's own front door.  In England this is what we would call a maisonette or apartment.

Will I have to pay for pool heating or anything else?

Pool and Jacuzzi heating is all included in the weekly price you pay, so are the Tennis Court , Volley Ball Court, BBQ and Play Areas, Gym and Sauna. There is a small charge for the use of the Pool Table and a hire charge for the Videos, the wireless Broadband internet connection is free as long as you use your own laptop, this is a fee for the use of the club house computer.

What is included in the price?

Just about everything - There are no extras to be paid for, we pay all the condominium association charges and tourist taxes, your total that we email you is your final bill.

Why choose a condominium (apartment) rather than a villa?

This is a good question after all you will usually get a pool with a villa. The problem with having your own pool is that there will usually be a separate charge for the pool heating and it will be a very small pool, no good if you are interested in any sort of exercise. We have a shared pool and sun deck which is situated at the club house. It is a small pool but still large enough to do some serious swimming. The clubhouse has many facilities not least chilled drinks, ice creams, snacks on hand when you need them. There is also the consideration that if you are traveling with an only child, they will be able to make friends with other children round the pool. It is a friendly complex and the club house is a great place to make contact with other people staying there.

Why are there different coloured photos of the condo?

The condo has been repainted receently in the peach colour and we have not had the chance to re-take all the photos yet for the site.

Why is there not an email address I can send my message to?

We have kept our email addresses off the site because of spamming and viruses etc. If you fill out the form on the contact us page you will get our email address on the reply we send you.

Payment Information

What security do you have in place on this site?

Our site is not on a secure server which is why we use Paypal to process all of our payment transactions. We only average 52 transactions in total a year so it is not financially worth using any other system as they charge £30+ a month plus % fees.

Who is Paypal?

Paypal are a Credit/Debit Card secure payment system, they are well respected and work in conjunction with the likes of eBay and other large companies.

How can I pay for my holiday?

You can either pay by Credit/Debit card using Paypal or you can select to send a cheque to us when the Booking form has been completed.

Can I spread the cost of my holiday?

Yes, apart from the initial deposit you can pay the rest in instalments as long as you are clear 10 weeks before you leave.
