This is our 9 th trip to Florida and has progressed from packages to ‘self-build' with hotels to villas. This trip was a last minute decision so we tried to keep costs lower, normally we do a villa with a private pool so we were worried about no pool ........... in the end we prefer the condo option. The children enjoyed this more as they had other children to play with and us ‘oldies' could relax a little more . Also liked the club house to grab a drink or a snack.

Condo itself is lovely and no different to a ‘more expensive' villa with own pool. In fact out of all the private homes we have rented this actually felt very very homely and lived in. Location for us is great, we find the top end of Poinciana Boulevard great for 192 access, or SR535 access which in turn gives you the bottom of I-Drive or easy access to Disney.

Overall a very nice condo. Ideal for familys and much more suitable than hotel accommodation. We travel a lot and this suited our needs perfectly.

Spacious accommodation and location that defies criticism. Our first self-catering experience has been both memorable & enjoyable and persuaded us not to stay in hotles in the future.

..we fully intend to return in the future when we have finished paying for the trainers, t-shirts, etc.etc..!!!

The apartment is bright, light and airy and very comfortable. It has everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The club house facilities are excellent, a gym, sauna, internet access, pool table and good sized pool to suit the whole families needs. The condo is ideally located for the parks, shops and eateries (Very important!) A visit to Celebration is a must (just off the 192) - classy shops and restaurants in a relaxed atmosphere. Silver Springs does not live up to it's billing - except for the bears - worth the entry price alone! All in all a great location, comfortable accommodation and good facilities. Essential ingredients for a great holiday which is exactly what we have had.

Discovery Cove is an awesome experience. You swim and play with a dolphin, snorkel with exotic fish, wade with rays and habd-feed exotic birds. Well worth the money.

'We came back! Manatee watching at Blue Springs State Park was great. We preferred Busch Gardens to Disney probably because we don't have children to please. Taxi cab to Old Town about $10, well worth it if you have a thirst for a beer'

'We have been to Florida seven times before and have to say this is the best accommodation and complex we have stayed at. As the condo has all the equipment, we have found that we have spent most evening cooking our own food which has saved us a lot of money!

Took a visit to Perkins restaurant on the 192 not impressed.

Visited 2 parks while we were here Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios. Both were fantastic!

'Thank you for letting us live in your home for the past two weeks. The location couldn't be better for shops, theme parks and airport, all within easy reach driving a bit scary for the first few days!

Wal-Mart sell theme parks tickets quite reasonably priced we got our Universal tickets cheaper than they would have been if you paid on the day.

Ruby Tuesday's is a must, excellent service, cheap and a huge meal. 36 burgers to choose from great salad bar too. It was our best American meal.. Not too impressed with Sizzler. Old town more like ghost town. (should have gone on Thurs/Fri/Sat)

Complex lovely, perfect condo, very homely, everything that you need is here.

Ran out of time, two weeks isn't enough!
